Send the parcel via your preferred method (Post office / courier). You will need to cover the cost of this.
We don’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit, so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. There is no need to inform us before sending.
Ensure they are returned within 28 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are damaged, worn, unclean or not in their original packaging for a refund.
Decorated garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
We cannot process your refund until your return has been received.
